The GUI is fairly sleek; however, initially it is a little unintuitive: the alarm can only be set via the GUI (by clicking the alarm time on the display), not via preferences. It only took about 30 seconds of frustration to learn this, but it would be nice if this were pointed out via the scant documentation. Speaking of which, there is no documentation file with the app, and the help info via the menu bar doesn't explain this either, nor does the info on the developer's webpage. I deducted one star for ease of use for what otherwise is a very simple and straightforward interface.BUT, once you figure this out, it is a very nice system.
